We've leased or purchased 5 vehicles now, the last one a 2017 Honda Fit just two days ago. Our salesperson was Brian Fabricatore (Previously we'd worked with Bill Hapgood on all 4 leases/purchases, but Bill retired a few years ago.). Brian was fantastic at getting us everything we wanted, making the lease process even easier than it already is, and following up to make sure we'd found everything perfect. Five stars for Brian, or 10 out of 10. We'll definitely be back with Brian, as we plan another lease in a few months from now. More

Chris Duncan - an authentic human being selling you a car I needed to write this review because I have been looking for a car for a very long time and difficult circumstances. While I didn't know it (having not ever been in these circumstances before), I needed my salesperson to show me respect, to listen to what I wanted/needed and to not try to push me into something else. And while I did not wind up purchasing a car at this dealership due to inventory, the service I received from Chris Duncan went so far and beyond what I received at any other major dealership in the area it was critical I let others know! Had there been a car that matched my very specific needs (that he listened to), this is the person who would have gotten my business. He was kind, friendly, honest and not at ALL pushy. Folks, if you need a car, talk to Chris. He is lovely to speak with and has your best interests at heart. More
