I'm not sure why I'm being asked to rate the service department as I purchased a new car. I did not have service done at this time. Maybe I did not fill out this form correctly. My experience with the sales team at this dealership was as follows - I began the purchase process over the phone with Laura Robinette. Laura was great to work with. She provided me with actual quotes with out the door pricing on multiple vehicles. This was very helpful in my overall buying process. I came into the dealership to continue this process but was changed from Laura to Marie. I guess this was due to the fact that Laura was internet sales & was not available in the showroom. (Not sure) Marie was also good to work with as well. There was one part of the purchase process that I guess was not available at this dealership. I asked Maria if it would be possible to deliver the new car to my home the next day. This would save an extra charge for me to have to get transportation to come back to the dealership to pick up the car. I was told this would not be possible as they were short staffed and very busy. This was a little surprising because this was something other Honda dealerships offered me in the past which was very helpful. This was not a big deal however this was a bit of a negative feeling from a customer service perspective for me. I'm not going to respond to the rest of the questions below as they do not relate to my buying experience at the dealership. More
