What was supposed to be a straightforward lease renewal turned into a day of deceit and frustration, thanks to Mark Williams and Allen Alston. After spending an exhausting eight hours at the dealership (8:45am-4pm), I was led to believe I was getting the hybrid CRV I had test-driven and negotiated for. Imagine my shock and disbelief when, at the final moment, they tried to hand me the keys to an LX model instead! This blatant bait-and-switch tactic is not only unprofessional but downright fraudulent. Mark and Allen, did you really think I wouldn't notice the difference? This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a dealership I have trusted for years (this would have been my fourth lease!). Autopark Honda, you have lost a loyal customer, and I will make sure everyone knows about this disgraceful experience. More

Do not buy a vehicle from them. I order a Pilot from them. Paid MSRP. When it came in they tried to get more money from me after an agreed price. Kept me there for 3 hours.
