I have had great and amazing success at the Leith Alfa Romeo Dealership of Raleigh I have purchased six cars from Mr. Parker, a salesman there. Five of them from the Leith Romeo Dealership. Since purchasing my first car from Mr. Parker sixteen years ago I have not considered another salesman. Personable, conscientious, knowledgeable, honest, and a dedicated and productive salesman, all qualities you want in a salesman. I found the entire Dealership a welcoming experience and I have high regard for their service. I have been more than pleased with all six of the cars. One for my elderly mother, two for grandchildren, and three for myself over the last sixteen year relationship. All have been overjoyed with their cars. Mr. Parker follows up frequently to see if we're still pleased. My 93 year old mother loves it and loves her car. Mr. Parker has the ability to be able to choose the cars off the lot the fit exactly what you tell him you want. I have been able to choose from his selections on the same day and make the deal. Worst experience I could have ever imagined!! I don't often write reviews, but this must be told....hopefully it will help you from making a poor decision. I have owned many exotic cars to include Bentle often write reviews, but this must be told....hopefully it will help you from making a poor decision. I have owned many exotic cars to include Bentley, Maserati, Lamborghini, and presently Aston Martin. The Aston Martin service center in Greensboro, NC has recently moved to Charlotte, so I searched for a shop within a 100-mile radius of my home. Because I had owned a Maserati about 7 years ago, I contacted Leith Maserati of Raleigh where they agreed they could perform service, so I took the Aston Martin in for my routine oil change service. The very next day from picking up my vehicle, I began to experience sudden coolant loss where it would overflow out of the reservoir all at once when the vehicle was shut off. I took it back in the following week and was told I needed to replace my coolant tank. This was odd because I never had any coolant loss issues prior to my visit at Leith Maserati, but hey....I went with it. A couple of months later my engine began making a horrible sound. I again had it towed to Leith Maserati of Raleigh where they now told me that they could not help so I had it towed to Aston Martin in Charlotte, NC. When it arrived, the Aston Martin technicians observed no oil in the vehicle with no signs of oil leak which led to engine failure (about a $40K motor for this vehicle). It then became clear that the coolant was being pressurized out of the system from the engine overheating due to lack of oil from the oil change that they "performed". I had Aston Martin of Charlotte produce clear pictures and information disclosing the mistake that Leith Maserati had made and contacted the General Manager Jack McCausland. Despite the clear evidence, Jack and his service manager Doug are now attempting to find a way out of owning this nightmare. I am currently stuck without my prized vehicle and now forced to litigation. PLEASE do not get yourself involved with these guys! You would think that a place such as this would be a safe bet, but you might be better off with any "shade tree mechanic" that you can find before coming here. Such a clear situation but they still will not own up to 8-12 quarts of oil mysteriously vanishing with their only rebuttal being that "it doesn't make sense to them". Glad the Aston Martin dealership is able to provide me with detailed documentation. Welp...let's see how much longer and frustrating this turns out to be....STAY AWAY GUYS....ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! More
