I found the exact car I had searched for at Leith of Raleigh online. The salesman, Charles Parker was excellent! I was having trouble getting to the dealership to pick up the car, and he even offered to Raleigh online. The salesman, Charles Parker was excellent! I was having trouble getting to the dealership to pick up the car, and he even offered to have the car brought from Raleigh to Wilmington for me to help. I decided to get a bus ticket, instead from Myrtle Beach to Raleigh. Very bad idea!! Bus was late at Myrtle Beach terminal. When I got to Florence, the driver didn't tell me I had to change busses, and away we went to Sumpter before I realized my error, and had to go to Columbia to catch a bus going toward Yew York. Was ready to leave columbia terminal when the bus sprung a huge oil leak under the engine. Were all sent back into the terminal till a mechanic could and try to fix the leak. He took one short look and announced he couldn't fix it, so another bus was ordered. SEVEN hours later the replacement bus arrived, and off we went to Fayetteville for our next stop and another wait. Was told there were only 2 passengers going to Raleigh, and the bus company would not make the trip for only 2 riders, so another 2-hour wait followed till a bus headed north would arrive..Got to Raleigh at 5:30 that morning, tired, hungry, very frustrated, no spare clothes and too early for the dealership to open. Hired a cab to take me to a nearby hotel where I got a room and a couple waffles. After 4 hours sleep, Charles from the dealership came to pick me up in my newly-purchased car and took me to his office to finish the paperwork. Off I went back to home near Myrtle Beach, and try to work out my frustrations. The next morning, as i backed the car out of my garage, there was a puddle of trans fluid on the floor. I called Charles, and he told me to take the car to a shop nearby and have the problem diagnosed. It turned out to be a defective cooler line near the radiator. After some discussion, the dealership agreed to pay to have the line replaced and fluid added at no charge to me. I am very satisfied with my experience with Leith of Raleigh, and their representative, Carl Parker. As for the well-known BUS COMPANY, not so much, as you might understand. Never again! More
Working with Charles Parker was a phenomenal experience from START to FINISH! He helped me purchase my first luxury vehicle and was very open and honest about the vehicles. Mario provided us with a virtual real-time walkthrough of several models we were considering, as we live 3+ hours away. Delivery followed a day after we pressed the button on a car. This is my second vehicle that I purchased from Mr. Charles Parker. Last year was the 2004 Chrysler Sebring and now this year, 2016 Hyundai Accent. Great experience purchasing my car from Leith Alfa Romeo of Raleigh. My sales person Mario Joseph was great in providing information to me even before I visited the car lot. Once I made it to the car lot, even through I was about 2 hours late for my appointment, Mario greeted me with a smile. It had been a long day for me and I was a little tired and couldn't make up my mind on whether to purchase new or used. To make a long story short, Mario and the finance manager Darryl Ligon made the best deals come to reality in order to get my business. I drove away in a brand new beautiful 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI Q4 . BMW/Mercedes has been my car family for 21 years. I must say I'm happy to now be apart of the Alfa Romeo / Maserati Family. More
