Second, from my initial inquiry to when I traveled to NC to get the new vehicle, it only took three weeks (talk about efficiency). Third, the sales manager (Glenn) was transparent with me while we negotiated the price (I didn't feel gouged). Fourth, Glenn himself picked me up at the Raleigh-Durham airport and drove me to the dealership where he handed me over to Clare V. (Sales Consultant) without any delay. But these pale in comparison to the superb customer service Clare provided me. From swiftly processing all the necessary paperwork, to walking me through the technology and other features of the car, and even installing the temporary license plate, she ensured that I had a wonderful experience. As I was pulling away from the dealership, I felt a sense of joy. I also appreciated Clare's after-sales follow-up.
