This was on Clare was a fantastic sales advisor! I came to the dealership to test drive a BMW 435i M sport convertible on a chilly Saturday morning. This was one of two dealerships I was going to visit that day. Clare greeted us as we came in and offered us something to drink while she went to get the keys to the car. On the test drive she was very friendly and never pushy. Pushy sales tactics are the quickest way to lose my business. During the negotiations, she was very honest and up front about the lowest she could go on the car. She also explained all the extended warranties to me and again was never pushy and let me choose the options that were right for me. I feel like I got a fantastic deal on the car! Once the papers were signed (she also did the financing), she had the car hand washed and gased up. Needless to say.....I never made it to that other dealership and I have no regrets. More
