Avoid Leith and Maserati at all costs. In June 2018 I purchased a brand new Maserati Levante from Leith. Within the first week of my purchase, I noticed buffer burn around the entire vehicle and a paint purchased a brand new Maserati Levante from Leith. Within the first week of my purchase, I noticed buffer burn around the entire vehicle and a paint defect on the passenger side fender. The vehicle was dropped back off to the dealership to correct the buffer burn and repaint the passenger side fender. It took nearly 2 months. I did not receive any updates regarding the status of my vehicle. I had to call them to find out it was ready. After 45+ days of keeping my vehicle and being told it was painted several times to get it right, the fender had not been painted and the bumper had new damage that was not present when dropping off the vehicle. Leith blamed it on the paint shop. Reluctant to trust the same non-Maserati certified paint shop that blatantly lied about painting my fender, I brought my car back in at a later date to have the fender repainted and the bumper repaired under warranty. My car was down for another 2 months and I was put into a loaner sedan. No one from the service department provided me an update and I had to call them to find out it was ready. The fender had been painted this time. However, after further inspection, I found multiple imperfections that were present because the fender was painted improperly. I sent a message to management stating my dissatisfaction and never received a response. The next time I received correspondence from the dealership is from the sales associate telling me it’s time for my 1-year service. I brought my car in for the 1-year service and also had them take care of the swirls and fender. After Leith's failed multiple attempts to repair my fender, Maserati finally agreed to switch out my faulty fender with another vehicle. It was also agreed that a paint correction service would be performed to remove all of the swirls that were caused by their multiple attempts to fix the paint. The service manager reached out to the company who would perform the paint correction while I had a loaner. 2 months pass with no updates. I call in to check the status and they tell me my vehicle has been ready for 2 weeks. When I pick up the car, the service rep says the service was completed and the fender has been installed but he knows nothing about my paint correction. The service manager says I was supposed to take it somewhere and bill them. This was a blatant lie because he called the paint correction company to schedule the service the day I dropped the vehicle off. In the meantime, the service manager is trying to sell me 2 new front tires on my 1-year-old vehicle that spent almost half its life in their position. I declined the tires and they did not charge me for the 1-year service. Two weeks later, I purchased two new tires and took them to Johnson Maserati to install because I no longer trust Leith. The service manager at Johnson tells me because the alignment was off, my front tires wore out prematurely. Also, the dates on the tires were older than my vehicle. He was able to get Maserati to warranty all 4 tires. (Leith tried to sell me 2 new tires when it should have been warrantied.) I also asked them to look into a knocking sound I started to hear after picking up my car from Leith. Maserati engineers told Johnson’s team to change my oil to see if that remedied the knocking sound. I said my oil was changed recently but for some reason, they were not able to access the record. Johnson’s team called the service manager at Leith and he claimed he would send it over but never did. After inspection and not receiving the paperwork for my oil change from Leith, Maserati engineers told Johnson’s team to change my oil to see if that remedied the knocking sound. During this oil change, they notified me that the filter and oil were both very dirty. This was perplexing because I did not understand how the oil and filter could get that dirty within such a short period and less than a few hundred miles driving. I have spent $300k with Leith and got treated like this. How much would you spend to receive the same treatment? More

The professional and friendly attitude that Charles and Darryl displayed made for a pleasant purchasing experience. After the sale, I realized the car I purchased was missing it's tire service kit. I called Glen and explained the situation. Without hesitation, Glen did some research and had a tire service kit on the way to me the same day. Not only are the staff ready and willing to make a good deal, they also stand behind their sale with excellent service. This has been the second car I purchased from Leith and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new ride. More

I would categorize the price we paid for our Alpha Romeo Stelvio was a very fair value and the negotiation process was quick (all done over the phone and texting) and respectful from both sides. Thank You Darryl. The trade in value for our vehicle was also very fair and that part of the negotiation was also a very good experience. Jason did the research on our car and valued the service record we had put into that car and that was included in our value. Our sales advisor Anthony, was extremely knowledgeable, took time to get to know us, and represented us throughout the entire process. We look forward to a similar great experience with the services department who is also off to a great start. The vehicle we purchased was only traded-in the day before and their turn around of ensuring the car was inspected, serviced, and cleaned was tremendous. More

I drove up from Wilmington and Charles got me in the car and the details worked out very efficiently. The paperwork was so streamlined. I have a full time job and a young child and can’t be “held hostage” at a dealership all day. It wasn’t like that at all. I like the car. I want it. Let’s get it done. Working with Charles was the best car buying experience I have had. More
