Efficient Experience for a change I hate the usual car buying experience of waiting and haggling and just taking forever what should not have to be such a painful process. In this case I hate the usual car buying experience of waiting and haggling and just taking forever what should not have to be such a painful process. In this case, I was happy not to have that experience. I was considering several different makes, so I went over on evening to test drive the MDX. Kai met me right away and we took a test drive. No pressure sales techniques, I was just able to drive the car as I wanted. We followed up by phone. I ended up deciding on the MDX. We worked a price out over the phone - no sitting in the dealership waiting for the sales manager to decide. Kai was helpful with any information I needed and played it straight with no pressure tactics. We made a deal, I picked up the car. Everything was great. More
