Great experience from the first phone call. We got a nice preowned Ford Fusion for our family. The car is in great condition. Plus it was priced better than any within 100 miles. I had a wonderful experience with Leith Acura of Cary. I cannot say enough about this wonderful dealership. We needed a new transmission for our MDX and we compared cost estimates and the amount of time t I cannot say enough about this wonderful dealership. We needed a new transmission for our MDX and we compared cost estimates and the amount of time that would be needed to do the work between another Acura dealership and a specific transmission shop. Leith Acura of Cary gave us an estimate for the work in about 10min and was able to do the repair incredibly quickly, even though it was the holiday season. Of note, we have another Acura dealership located very close to our house and I will never go back to them as their service just does NOT compare to Leigh Acura of Cary. Steve was incredibly informative, helpful and efficient and we are so appreciative of how great he was to work with. More

We worked with this dealership on 2 main items: 1) purchase of a new 2023 Acura MDX with Eric Rich, who was wonderful to work with. He made the purchasing experience seamless. He was extremely helpful and responsive, and I would highly recommend working with him as well as going to this dealership. Our 2nd issue was that we had a major repair of our 2017 Acura MDX (which was also purchased as this dealership) We worked with Steve Riley who was wonderful to work with. The work was done efficiently and the communication and responsiveness regarding this repair was amazing. I recommend this dealership without any hesitation. More
