I hit the jackpot I just purchased a 2019 Acura ILX from Leith Acura in Cary. Let me first say that after 51 years of buying cars, this was my FIRST experience that did not include any type of stress or anxiety. Mike Mitchell was so easy going, answered all my questions (frequently more than once), was totally straightforward about every aspect of the sale. He couldn't have been more helpful. He located a specific color I wanted that Leith did not have, and had it shipped in for me. Spent a lot of time with me in the new car, showing me how everything was supposed to work (even though I promptly forgot a lot of it... sorry Mike). Our original test drive of an ILX was without a doubt the best test drive I have ever done. Took all sorts of different roads; highway, back country, windy roads....it was amazing. This was, without question, the best car buying experience ever for me. I cannot recommend Mike highly enough. Love my new car !! More
