Great car-buying experience I was buying a used car and not even a higher-end version of that, but Garry Rawlins and Mike Mitchell were hugely helpful and fully involved. So much I was buying a used car and not even a higher-end version of that, but Garry Rawlins and Mike Mitchell were hugely helpful and fully involved. So much so, you would have thought I was buying an expensive brand-new car. Mine was a "project car," essentially, that I found on the internet, and Mike let me know early on that he had been alerted to a possible issue--not even a probable one but just a possible one--and then he worked carefully with me through the details of the deal to cover the contingency. Garry, who personally has owned this type of car before, was very informative throughout and stayed involved not only through delivery but with a follow-up phone call a couple of days later to be sure my drive home (130 miles) had gone well. I could not have been more pleased with the process or outcome. This is the sort of dealership, and these are the sort of people, I look for in the car business and to which and to whom I return again and again. More
