Kerry Leeburn makes car buying easy like Sunday morning.. I could leave a brief "I had a great car buying experience" review but I won't. Instead I'm going to take you back nine years. In 2011, I was in the market for a new car. I was interested in the Acura TSX Wagon and ended up at Leith Acura of Cary. That's where I met Kerry Leeburn. He immediately won my trust. We all know there is a stigma attached to car salesmen, let me assure you that Kerry displays none of that. I did the usual test drive, asked a ton of questions, talked price and financing and at the end of the day, ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Not due to a negative experience but at the time, a different vehicle made sense for my needs. Now, let's fast forward 9 years to 2020. I started visiting a few dealerships in the area, I won't mention names, but it wasn't Acura. Upon meeting some of the sales people, there was the dreaded stigma. I was turned off immediately. One evening after an annoying experience elsewhere, I said to my husband...let's just stop at Acura and see if Kerry is there. And lucky for us, he was! I don't know about you, but I don't remember any of the car salesmen I've met and dealt with in the past. But Kerry stuck. Kerry was just as I remembered. Professional, pleasant and trustworthy. He could have put in minimal effort given I didn’t purchase from him previously, but he didn’t. He listened to what I wanted, made recommendations and there was no pressure whatsoever. He just wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice and had a great experience. I ended up finding the perfect vehicle this time and am very happy with my decision.
