The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the parts were not on hand when I brought my vehicle in for the service even though I had made the appointment weeks before. But Justin, the service rep provided me with a great loaner vehicle and when the parts came in a few days later and were installed on my vehicle, they drove the vehicle to my house (1 hour from the dealership) and exchanged it for the loaner vehicle. The trailer hitch install looks great and very professional. More
