He’s professional, pleasant and responsive - and did not play games. If he didn’t know an answer he found out and got back to us promptly . He’s easy to talk to and was quick to grasp what we wanted and did not try selling us something we didn’t want or need. Several days after the purchase he called to see if all is well and reiterated that he is available should we need further information about the RDX and it’s operation. We have also dealt with Steve in service (our other car is also an Acura) and he too has been exceptionally helpful and informative. More
