Can not say enough great things about Shane and his impeccable customer service. Although the used vehicle we were looking at didn't end up being the right fit, Shane went above and beyond answering al impeccable customer service. He sent us every photo we requested and then some, his transparency about the vehicle was top notch, he offered to bring the vehicle to us to test drive and have a lookover (we have a newborn so this is gold), and he was more than happy to bring the car to another dealership to have it fully inspected (paid by us). I truly wish it ended up being the right vehicle for us as Shane deserves every commission he earns and then some.
