Just Purchased a Ford 2023 Explorer from Left Johnson Ford in Dec of 2023. Set up an appointment to take it in to get the dent-ding/scratch repaired, someone or something dented/Scratched the passenger s Ford in Dec of 2023. Set up appointment to get a rent a car 2 weeks prior to bringing it in. Took off work to bring the car in and get rent a car (already set up), upon entering the Leif Johnson Ford at 501 E Koenig Ln Austin, TX 78751, they acted like they had no clue to who I was and for what I was there for. Asked to speak to the salesperson (Rudy), who set up the appointment 2 weeks prior, and he looked at me like he did not know me. I told him the reason I was there and all he said is’ I am in sales; I don’t know anything about warranty’s etc. etc. he acted as if he had no reckalition Upon asking about the warranty: They told me that this was not covered under the warranty I purchased, which was a bunch of xx because the guy (and I went to talk to him) told me straight to my face when signing the warranty said it covered dings and scratches. Upon entering his office, he said it DID not Cover it. My husband and I heard him say that it did cover it, so I was so upset that once I purchased the vehicle, they seem to not give me the time of day. Looks like they are out for sales and #’S. not Customers after the purchase. I have always been a ford customer and had never had this happen. I will think long and hard before I purchase anything for this location, or even a ford PERIOD. **To Whom will be purchasing a warranty, please record the purchase so you have something to go back and listen to.
