Despite two service trips to Austin, the issue persisted when I went to pick up my vehicle. However, Leif Johnson Ford went above and beyond by delivering a brand new rental vehicle to my doorstep, allowing me to switch out the 2020 Ford Explorer. They took it upon themselves to ensure that I was inconvenienced as little as possible. After three trips to the service station, all issues were resolved, and to my surprise, the entire process was free of charge, including the rental vehicle. Despite the inconvenience, Leif Johnson Ford handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and rectified the issues promptly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile has earned every single star in this review. The only aspect that slightly marred my experience was during the financial section, where I repeatedly stated the agreed-upon price, yet was offered additional items that I did not want. I was looking for good gas mileage and decided that the Explorer and Edge were good cars with a lot of whistles and bells, but I went with the 2023 Escape Platnimum with EcoBoost and after a test drive with the salesmen, I was ready to make a purchase. When the paperwork was complete, and we emptied out the traded 2013 Escape, I met with Ryan Fisher and got the deal closed. I think made a good purchase and will be dealing with Leif Johnson for at least another 10 years. More
