Monica & Dee are fantastic, listened to my needs, helped pick out the best option they had available at a fair price and without any useless dealer "add-ons" I experienced elsewhere. A quick non-stop flight to Austin, picked up by the dealership from the airport, and 30 minutes later we had the keys in our hands. Finance gentlemen beat my pre-approved rate and was transparent, and Aaron our sales rep helped walk us thoroughly through the entire truck before we headed on our way. Could not have asked for a better buying experience. More
After a horrible experience at Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown, I took my 2017 Navigator into LJF. Ken Diamond the service manager was excellent and took great care of me. MHF gave my vehicle back Georgetown, I took my 2017 Navigator into LJF. Ken Diamond the service manager was excellent and took great care of me. MHF gave my vehicle back after 6 weeks of repair. Not only was it not running right, but there was engine coolant still leaking from the vehicle. Upon a quick inspection Ken determined that MHF did not fix what was supposed to be fixed, charged for repairs not done, and did not professional repair what they did charge for. It was quite a mess. Ken worked with Travelers to get a supplement done, fixed all of MHF errors, and communicated great with me throughout the process. At the end of the day, my vehicle ran great, looked good, and I now have the confidence I deserve in my vehicle, all thanks to Ken's professionalism and skill. I would not have had these issues if I had simply driven a few extra miles to LFJ where they truly are a great dealership that cares. Chris More

I hate buying cars. HATE. IT. Plus, I was so upside down in my current vehicle I'd been putting off even looking for months. My anxiety was through the (sun)roof and on a scale of 1 to 10, I was a solid 11 in my current vehicle I'd been putting off even looking for months. When I tell you this is the best car buying experience I've ever had I am NOT exaggerating. I knew what I wanted and knew what price was fair, they didn't make it dramatic or stressful and we reached an agreement on trade-in and vehicle price in about 30 minutes. Thirty. Minutes. Y'all. I was floored and elated. Shannon, Walter, and Amanda are the literal DREAM team. They not only made a sale but gained a customer for life. I will not buy another vehicle unless it is from Leif Johnson. I could not recommend them more. More

Don’t not buy from Ford! The sales rep sold me a car with a known defect in the transmission. My car has stopped 2 times in the middle of the road Ford will not buy back!!
