If you want horrible customer service, go to this dealership. If you want them to keep your car for 2 weeks with no effort at communication, go here. We lost one of our car key fobs and figured we'd get it replaced from the dealership to ensure the remote start and keyless entry continued to work. After two weeks, more than 6 phone calls, two trips to t replaced from the dealership to ensure the remote start and keyless entry continued to work. After two weeks, more than 6 phone calls, two trips to the dealership, and an email to the Service/Parts Director, we still do not have a replacement key. We tried to stay positive and give them a chance to get this right. They simply don't get it. The first thing you do when a customer complains about inadequate service is reassign the case to someone else, or handle it personally. Instead, we had to deal with the same incompetent person who continued to make a mess of things. We are going elsewhere for any non-warranty service and will go to another dealer for any warranty-related service. Our next car will not be a Ford. More
