We’ve been coming to this location for years to service our older Ford, so we naturally checked it out when shopping for a new car. Salesperson Leo Light was patient and professional, answering our many questions with detailed knowledge. We would definitely recommend Leo. We chose a 2021 Ford Escape with just the right mix (for us) of advanced features and basic practicality. Travis Hall evaluated our current Ford Escape and had a pleasing offer ready in minutes. So easy! Ryan Fisher and Marissa Hunking were the finance team. Great financing with zero interest, so can’t beat that. This duo took us thru all the options, carefully explaining. They offered the various ad-ons, detailing benefits and costs without any high-pressure sales tactics. They tailored recommendations to our needs, considering factors like how long we typically retain a car, how much we drive. We learned a lot and were happy with the final package. At the end, Leo patiently reviewed the operation of the car. Every single person in the process stressed to call or drop by if we later had any questions about the car or how something worked - which I really appreciate as it’s hard to absorb all the details. All in all, a great experience, and we are enjoying our new Ford Escape! More
