Mr. Washington and Patrick were so helpful and patient with us and now my Dad is the proud owner of a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage! Hoot Hoot!! Don't go here! I took my car to get a routine oil change in my 2011 Lancer Evolution x. They took my car for a 13 mile joy ride, and never changed my oil. I tried calling and e-mailing the dealership numerous times. After being transferred to 8 different people today, I got a hold of a guy in the service department who couldn't help me. I told him that I would be there tomorrow in person to make a complaint. He didn't like that so he took down my phone number for the service manager who isn't at work currently. If I don't get a call back today, I will be showing up to the dealership. My car cannot rev over 2500 RPMs and I'm getting approximately 1 MPG right now in gasoline. I'm highly upset at this, and suggest no one take their car here to get any "work" done on it. They'll charge you for work and won't actually work on it. They'll just joy ride your car for 2.5 hours! More

OK were do i start on 10-19-11 i went in to buy a second car after being lied to by the finance mang Christina Goodwin she told me i could not buy the car i wanted which was a dodge challenger but she told car after being lied to by the finance mang Christina Goodwin she told me i could not buy the car i wanted which was a dodge challenger but she told me " oh hun i can get you any other car on my lot but just not that one" so then she showed me a dodge charger i said ok after all was done she added a fidelity warranty for 2 yrs or 2500 miles which coast 1400 that was added to the loan which brought the grand total to 19405 after i told her no she then told me that the credit union would not found the loan with out it, after i call the credit union the next day they told me that was not true i went back in the the car lot this time Ms.Goodwin was on the phone with someone as im waiting i here her saying on the phone "yes i put warrantes on all my sells thats the only way ill get paid around this place" so after i went into the office she told me a second time that it was too late to change the contract i went back to dcfcu and they told me to go back and tell them you need it off with no questions ask i did that but this time the general mang was their Ray and he told me that no one could take the warranty off but Christina but she was not in that day so i had to take off another day to go back this time Christina was in her office and Ray was the one who pull the papers and he signed the papers soo why did they lie and play the games like i was a fool. next i took my best friend to buy a car the next day and Ray and Christina told me if he brought the car they would pay me 250.00 well lets say that was one big lie and they sold him the car i wanted and him and i make the same amount of money and the credit was 4 points away next the lied about my tag and never order the tax and then they told me i needed to pay an extra 109.00 after i paid 400.00 soo you do the math and if u buy a car from lehman mitsubishi.. All I can say about this dealership is that you better avoid it like the black plague. I purchased my 2009 Galant from them July of 2009 and from beginning to end the experience was filled with lies, bad avoid it like the black plague. I purchased my 2009 Galant from them July of 2009 and from beginning to end the experience was filled with lies, bad customer service, and a salesmen that they must have picked up from the deadbeat section of the class. My payments were not what they promised, fees were not explained, things that were supposed to be done never were, and my plate transfer request somehow got "lost". When you buy a new car you shouldn't have to deal with things like this. Complaints go no where, and I used the service department complaint free until items were stolen from my vehicle. As a resolution to this I got nothing and from the General Mananger who claims "he runs a well liked dealership" all I was offered was a free oil change. I know other people who have went to this dealership that have been treated equally as bad. So if you buy a new or used car from here just be aware, and if you take your car for service remove everything of value. I should also add that when I addressed this issue they told me they have signs posted not to leave personal items in your vehicle because they are not responsible for them, all that tells me is that you need to be careful because our employees will probably steal your stuff. Go anywhere else to buy your car, drive the extra distance to Bill Seidles, you will be glad you did. I've complained to Mitsubishi corporate about how poorly run this dealership is as well as the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY! More
