All employees at the Mitsubishi building are RUDE & need customer service training.This is my first time coming to service my Outlander I purchased in March. When I walked in no one greeted me or acknowledg customer service training.This is my first time coming to service my Outlander I purchased in March. When I walked in no one greeted me or acknowledge that I was there they continue having the conversation they were engaged in when I arrived. When I returned to pickup my car it was the same thing. When I walked in I was by the desk to the south & they told me I had to go to the north side desk & when someone started helping me they took me back to the desk to the south where I started. I’m a new customer to this dealer it will be a good idea for the sales department to show customers where service area is, it is so confusing coming in there for the first time and having to deal with your extremely rude staff. I work in customer service dealing with people at the worst time in their lives and if that greeting is not good from the minute they enter our office everything will go in the wrong directions. This is not my first Mitsubishi but first one from this dealer I’m truly sorry I purchased from here going to find out since I’m paying for my services in my monthly payment if I can go to another dealer and if I return I hope to see your staff greeting and acknowledging that a customer just entered the building or you will continue to get reviews like this. More
I don’t like to say this but the worst service I have ever seen since I m living here in Miami. No answers phone, never give a estimate , terrible but no everything is bad. I have been going to Lehman for more than 20 years to purchase cars and repairs. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable but they need to be more attentive to customer when repairs are being done purchase cars and repairs. I called 3 times to check on progress of my car and I was told I will get a callback to no avail. That’s the only issue I have with Lehman. I know they are busy but they need to take time out to call customer and assure them that everything is ok More
