On 11/18/22, my Kia shortage broke down with my children in the car on the highway by Mansfield, where there was nothing around for miles. The Kia needed to be towed and the towing bill was 1200. The motor went on the car which I was told is common for this vehicle, I was also told the towing bill would be covered since the motor was under warranty. Well Kia refuses to cover the bill. The service department was helpful in getting the car fixed and a rental. However no one has helped Or even offered to help us get the 1200 back for a tow bill on a car that was under warranty and it was a Kia problem. More
