As soon as I walk in the door I am always greeted by a service adviser and they immediately start preparing the necessary paperwork. I have never had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership after work was done and I've been a customer for almost ten years. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, courteous and very professional. If any unplanned service is needed or unexpected repairs need to be made it has always been thoroughly explained what needs to be done, why and the cost of the work. The work is done efficiently and expeditiously. I wouldn't keep going there if our vehicles weren't taken care of as well as the Lehigh Valley Hyundai service crew takes care of them. More
