I recently needed a replacement wheel lock for my car. The original one that came with the car was missing and I had no idea what had happened to it since I had never personally used it. Tony in the Service Department was extremely helpful in setting up a time for me to bring my car in to have my leaking tire repaired and to replace the missing wheel lock. While I was there, I also asked if they could pair my cell phone with my car, and they took care of it quickly and graciously. More

My car would not start and I call about bringing it in to check the battery or replace it. I was told to bring it in as soon as I could and they would look at it. They did, checked the battery and came out and told me my almost 4 year old battery needed to be replaced along with a cable. They quoted an estimated price and then would take off the discount coupons I had and the price ended up to be very reasonable. More

I loved my 2002 Hyundai Sonata so much, that I went to this dealership and bought a new 2011 Hyundai on Feb 14 this year. I can't believe what an amazing experience I had during my last service appointment at Lehigh Valley Hyundai! I brought my car in for it's scheduled oil change and tire rotation and was told by Tony tha my last service appointment at Lehigh Valley Hyundai! I brought my car in for it's scheduled oil change and tire rotation and was told by Tony that it was also time to change a few filters. Knowing that that would have brought my bill up in price, I asked him to wait until I spoke to my husband and that I would get back to him. My husband did not want me to get anything else done besides the rotation & oil change. When I called Tony back, I left a voicemail since he did not answer. The mailbox was not his but I thought I'd leave the message anyway and that another member of the Service Dept. would pass my message along. When I picked my car up in the evening I was surprised to see that my bill was much more than expected and that my request was not heeded. I called the next morning &talked to Tony about it and he couldn't have been more professional & apologetic. He said since the dealership was going through a renovation they were experiencing some issues with their phones. He ended up only charging mee for the services requested reimbursing me for the rest. He went above & beyond customer care and I truly appreciate how honorably he handled this situation. More
I have always had an excellent service experience. Scott explains what needs to be done, when and why. He will review the cost. He always takes time to explain regardless of how busy he may be. He knows I come a distance, will tell me how long it will take and this last time offered a loaner car because it was to be all day and I did not have other means of transportation which I usually do.
