The Service at Lehigh Valley Hyundai it first rate. Tony kept me informed throughout the day on the progress of my repairs and kept updated as to the costs. My current car is the 4th Hyundai that I bought from this dealership and plan that I will get my next car here as well. More

I called Scott on a Wednesday night almost at the time he was leaving. I called in panic because something was wrong with Sonata and the other car repair place was giving me the run around. He didn't really was leaving. I called in panic because something was wrong with Sonata and the other car repair place was giving me the run around. He didn't really have any appointments for the next day, but because of the issues I was having he asked me if I could deal without the car for a day or two and he would try to fit me in. I dropped the car off at 900am Wednesday morning and said they woul call me as soon as they knew something. I wasn't expecting to hear anything until about Thursday since I was really only fit into the schedule. Within 3 hours, Scott was on the phone already telling me what was wrong. Had the work done and he even gave a call to give updates on how the progress was doing. I had my car back by 530 that night. I would take my car back to these guys anytime! What great service. I needed a new e-brake on my Santa Fe and LVH had to order the part from Hyundai. It took a week to get. When the part arrived, it was broken and it took an additional day to get the new one. Scott was order the part from Hyundai. It took a week to get. When the part arrived, it was broken and it took an additional day to get the new one. Scott was really helpful despite all this. Gave me loaner without even asking and took care of my inspection and emmissions for me. I was really pleased with the service and will be happy to go back if i need any other service. I recommend dealing with Scott also. More

The techs are very professional and, what can you say about Rex? He is the treasure of that dealership. Smart, funny, professional, and genuinely interested in each and every one of his customers. And, by the way, our Santa Fe has provided us with extremely satisfactory reliability which is what a retiree must expect from their vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for vehicle and service peace of mind. More

We were leary on taking our cars to the dealer for service. We dealt with Rex who was a service advisor then. Thanks to him our opinions of dealers for service changed. We have bought numerous cars from Vinart since then- never were sold unneeded service or pay for warrantied service. We now live in NC and will continue buying our cars and have them serviced (when in the area) at Vinart dealerships. More
