Normally service is Great ,however I call twice for an appointment and never received a call back. I needed LOF, tire rotation, State Inspection and Emissions and I wanted original appt for Monday, howev appointment and never received a call back. I needed LOF, tire rotation, State Inspection and Emissions and I wanted original appt for Monday, however since I did not receive a call back I was in the area on Monday and I stopped by to make the appt for Friday. When I approached the desk the service writer asked me if he could help me. I asked him if I could make an appt for Friday and before even looking he said he wasn't sure if he could do that. I told him at that time that I tried getting an earlier appt , however no one ever returned my call .He then called over to the other side and asked them if I could get an appt. They were able to get me an appt on the date and time I wanted it. I would rate this service Good. they did go over Multi Point Inspection. I also appreciate as part of your service the topping off of all fluids. Thank you Thomas Weaver More
Everyone in the service department is always courteous, helpful, accommodating, thorough and professional. I personally think they could use more service techs (writers??) because the last couple times I helpful, accommodating, thorough and professional. I personally think they could use more service techs (writers??) because the last couple times I went, I had to wait for someone to write up the work order. They were there but busy with other customers. Othewise, a great dealership with a fantastic service department. I had a wonderful and comfortable service manager/customer relationship with Rex Weaver...always knew he had my back. Hoping to establish something similar with Kevin Wagner. He helped me tremendously with some work done on my Sonata a few months ago and I can only hope my trust begins to build with him as well. We'll see how it goes when the snow comes and I see how my car will handle with the new tires. More
I have a 2002 Sonata with 160,00 miles on it. It developed some problems with the power steering recently, and both Kevin and Scott really helped me out. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will never go anywhere else for my car servicing. Eventually my car won't be worth repairing anymore, and when I go to replace it - I'll replace it with this dealer as well. It's a business where your customer loyalty is reciprocated. They are fantastic! More

Every one was pleasant and courteous. Service was prompt. It was not long enough ago to rate the quality of work, but I assume it was fine. It was very carefully and politely explained to me that this was a set price for a 30,000 mile service. I understood that and was satisfied with the explanation, but I still think it was unfair. More
I had to make an emergency appointment to have my tire pressure evaluated. I called at 4:00 p.m. and was told no problem they would look at my car even though I knew they closed at 5. They not only fixed my tire pressure problem, but they rotated my tires and changed the oil, as well as washed my car! I know I kept them a little beyond closing time, but you wouldn't have known it from them, the entire staff was kind and courteous. You are vey lucky to have these employees working for you! My family and I would like to thank all of you for being willing to do business with us in spite of the plethora of challenges and limitations that we brought to the table along with our needs. Everything down to the last detail was successfully handled, and to say the least, we were truly shocked at how favorably the end results were manifested. After our joint chapter seven bankruptcy that was filed in July 2011 and discharged in November 2011, you helped us on the day of the discharge by working with one of your lenders as the lender mandated and got us into the pre-owned 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada (SUV) that was available. That was our first purchase with Lehigh Valley Hyundai. After not even a full 11 months, you chose to do business with us again and get us into a wonderful, and far more fuel efficient, pre-owned 2010 Hyundai Elantra sedan with 20,070 miles on it and a good portion of the factory warranty remaining in both time and mileage aspects along with your “Q Certified” warranty for added protection. Al Youwakim is the kind of a sales person that you want to meet and do business with time and again. He was the epitome of respectful, pleasant, professional, dedicated, patient, calming, competent, accommodating, and honest. Richard Haddad is the kind of a sales manager that you want and need on your side as his encouragement and affirmation were so welcome and beneficial. He, like Al, was never pushy or aggressive, but purely a gentleman. Carey Clayman is the kind of a finance manager that is like talking to your best friend as of the first conversation as he is so pleasant and willing to do all that is possible or allowed to help you with a servant’s heart and compassion. Paul Goodwin, while we did not have the privilege to meet him, was involved in the process and made allowances via his authority that were uncommon and of such tremendous benefit to us that he must be recognized properly. When each obstacle arose, we talked with Al or Carey and they looked into it and kept trying to find and work with lenders who would be willing to work with us with all of the limits that we had. We then prayed more and fasted again and made the decision to not turn to the world’s ways of coping with stress and challenges, but to instead, and only turn to our faith in God as the source and means of maintaining peace while being blessed with an increasing certainty that He will work it all out as needed. He did. He saw to it that every person involved was moved with His character traits of mercy, grace, compassion, willingness to help and do good by offering it when you are within power to offer it; which is exactly what all of these men did for us. Let it be known that we did not ask for any of what any of these men did. Each one of them voluntarily rendered all of these undeserved gifts upon us as an act of humanity to an entire family who needed a serious dose of hospitality. With awakened faith, fondness, and heart-felt gratitude for you all because of what you did and how you did it. More
