I had a 7:00 am appt for inspection on Tuesday 10/29/13. Brought the car the night before. I was only contacted at 1:30 pm to inform that all that was needed to pass was a parking light. Several hundred dollars worth of work was recommended which I declined. I was given no indication when the car would be ready for pick up. I had to call at 4:30 to be told that I could pick the car up after 5:00. I was inconvenienced and my car sat at your shop for ten hours, for a parking light. Also, I reported that my right passenger head light beam was not correct and asked that it be checked. I explained that I had work done on that headlight in August, for $32.00 and thought it might be connected. The service person guessed at what I might have had done based on the cost and said they were unrelated, and it would be another $30.00 to correct beam. Wanting to speak to someone else about this, I returned to your service dept on Friday, Nov. 1. I stood around for some time before anyone acknowledged me. The man that did eventually ask me if I was being helped did not identify himself by name or position. I explained my frustrations and he said he would see what he could do. He had a technician look at the car and told me that although they tried to adjust the beam it didn't really work because the head light was not the factory installed one. He said that he would get me a quote on whole new head light. He did not, however, take my name or phone number so I don't know how I will get the information. In the past, the service department was exceptional. Unfortunately, the customer service/satisfaction has definitely changed. More

I needed two new front tires on my Tucson because they had nails in them, both had been plugged at different times by the LV Hyundai service team in the past couple of months. The drivers side front tir had nails in them, both had been plugged at different times by the LV Hyundai service team in the past couple of months. The drivers side front tire kept leaking air due to the location of the plug even though it had been plugged twice. I got several tire prices including mounting, balancing, etc. from some area tire shops with two places being lower than LV Hyundai and Noel (with the service managers approval) honored the lower price. I also had a postcard from LV Hyundai which advertised free rotating and balancing for the life of the tires. The postcard did not state that you had to purchase 4 tires in order to take advantage of that offer, even though it was supposed to. Noel gave me the free service which I truly appreciated. I am always satisfied with the service at LV Hyundai. I wish all of the services cost less, but their prices are fairly good overall and cheaper than other places I've gone to before buying my Hyundais. More

Went for recall and warranty work. Recall work no problem; warranty work, had to return as they didn't have part in stock. No problem. Problem was with the fact that they "suggested" almost $1800.00 problem; warranty work, had to return as they didn't have part in stock. No problem. Problem was with the fact that they "suggested" almost $1800.00 worth of other repairs and maintenance which I declined. Upon returning home, I had another garage check out these issues presented by Hyundai only to find out that they were NOT a problem. Upon returning to Hyundai twice for the warranty work (which was not done right the first time), the multi-point inspection that they then performed on the second and third trips indicated none of the repair items which they had "suggested" they could do during the first trip and inspection. I would note that nothing changed about the condition of my vehicle which would indicate that these repair items had been rectified after the first visit and before the subsequent two visits by another garage. Very disappointed. More

I have a rug complaint that Mathew looked at and attempted to fix. The rug on the passenger side came out from under the molding and Mike put it back in place. Unfortunately, the rug came out again within a few hours, so his attempt at repair didn't work. However, he did try to make it right. I just wanted this issue documented so that I am not blamed for this issue at the end of our lease...so my goal was accomplished. However, I would like to have this repair done correctly, so I will contact them once more and have a permanent repair done. This rug issue occurred after only 6 months of ownership. It appears that the rug wasn't cut to length properly at the factory and the stress of it being stretched over the "holding peg" tore it loose. It needs to be re-anchored. Overall, service and customer service has been great. More
I hate to admit, my car was dirty, but I knew that it would be washed. Not only was it washed, but the dash was wiped and the inside of the windshield was cleaned. Once again was very happy with the Hyundai Instant Service Drive In facility. The purpose of the visit was for oil change and filter and the multi-purpose inspection. My can is three years old and the Service Drive In facility. The purpose of the visit was for oil change and filter and the multi-purpose inspection. My can is three years old and the battery life was rated for twenty four months. My wife recently had starting problem which was caused by a bad cell in the battery. The battery was replaced and once again the Sonata performed like new.We were happy with our visit and recommend Lehigh Valley Hyundai. More
