I origianlly brought this pre-owned vehicle into Vinart LV Hyundai for service on a 2003 Santa Fe 3.5l. I was informed by the mechanics there that th right axle was bad and they would need to order the par LV Hyundai for service on a 2003 Santa Fe 3.5l. After the part was replaced, they completed the manifest and stated "car testdriven-ok" No sooner that 3 miles out of their parking lot, the car began to lurch forwards and backwards,practically causing me to have an accident when I almost lurched into another car in fron of me. I called Hyundai right away, and they instructed me to bring it back, though I felt that was very unsafe at the time. The gave me a "courtesy car" to drive and then proceed to tell me that the problems were with the transmission/transfer case which they misdiagnosed from the start. I was then informed by Mr. Wagner that they required over $ 2000. to fix the car which would need to be paid in full upon completion of the work. About a week later, they called to inform me that although they had not finished with the work and were still waiting for a part, they were going to have the dealership come to my home to pick up the courtesy car that I had bee using to get aroud, and also advertising their business. After this horrible explerience I had the car towed yet again where it was fixed, transfer case and all, for $700. I would not recommend anyone take their care here. The workers don't have a clue what they're doing and just want to over charge their customers. I feel they put my life and the life of my girlfriend in danger and they should be out of business. FYI: A copy of this complaint is being forwarded to the BBB in my local area. More

Scott Reimer and Matthew Allen at the service department were very knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. However, when the time comes, I will return to the dealership for service. More

My Hyundai Tucson has 45k miles on it and service center manager indicating I was due for my 1st major service during my request for an oil change...I reluctantly agreed as I trusted him he knew what he was talking about. I was ok with filter changes and oil changes as that was why I originally was there for a oil change...Instead I paid for a $399 dollar service that included a brake fluid flush and 4 wheel alignment services that are not part of the normal maintenance schedule after I checked it later that night. I had an inkling as fifteen minutes after I sat for my two hour wait another gentlemen came in with a Hyundai and wanted an oil change as well. The service manager asked how many miles were on the vehicle and the gentlemen indicated 11k miles and service manager quickly suggested he was due for his 1st major service at $199..I was irritated at that point since I received the same or similar upsell just double the cost minutes earlier. Customer was also getting the 4 wheel alignment .Really after only 11k miles.When the customer questioned it service manager indicated that they can check it for free and if it needed it they would perform the service.. Why wasn't I offered this scenario..I guess I had to ask. To top things off when my car was done he reviewed my multipoint inspection form with me and stated all was well with the wipers.. They never checked my rear wiper blade because it was half falling off from the snow storm earlier in the week. One disappointed customer after a previous couple years of satisfied service. More

the service department was great - and they even gave me a ride back to my office. Excellent service! Bought my Hyundai out of state and was worried that the quality of service wouldn't be as good as if I had purchased my car directly from this dealer. After my check engine light came on I was able to get in for service immediately. Scott handled my case from start to finish. He arranged for a shuttle to and from work and always with a smile and a "what more can I do attitude". The happy ending to this story was that my repair was a sensor that needed to be replaced (all covered under warranty). The oil change piece of the repair was cheaper than jiffy lube and I was guaranteed Hyundai parts and quality oil. Nice work Lehigh Valley Hyundai and Scott! More
As with most dealers in PA you need to make an appointment only so you can wait, wait, wait. The women making the appointment was very friendly and upbeat. Matthew did a great job by getting me out of there a half hour sooner than expected. I just do not understand why in Pa it take 1-2 hours to inspect a car. Why do dealers here expect you can leave your car for a whole day for inspection? Overall the friendly warm fuzzy feeling of this dealership is transparent. I will need to return for future state inspections but any service for my car will be in Stewartsville NJ. More
