Brought back and replaced the chafed wiring harness connector that was probably shorting intermittantly. The usual fix is replacing the wiring harness at over $1000. But the service tech was able to splice in just the connector off another car and solved the problem. No Charge! Did complimentary oil/ filter change too. Appreciate the creativity. They certainly try to do what's best for the customer, both technically and economically. And very nice people. More

After steering adjustment and a fair priced front end alignment the car now steers very well. Overall a good experience and I am very satisfied. More
Great Service and Convenience I took my car in for intermittent engine noise and vibration. Never have had a bad experience with the full service center or the Express Center. Very easy to drop off wait in lobby and have gotten loaner vehicles from time to time. This trip I had a window motor r center or the Express Center. Very easy to drop off wait in lobby and have gotten loaner vehicles from time to time. This trip I had a window motor replaced on a relatively new care and it was handled under warranty. Had car evaluated on Monday...part was ordered and it was fixed on Wednesday afternoon. More

I received a coupon from Vinart Hyundai dealership for services. I needed an oil change, and with the coupon it was much less expensive than taking it to the local Kia dealership for servicing. When I g services. I needed an oil change, and with the coupon it was much less expensive than taking it to the local Kia dealership for servicing. When I got there, the clerk at the service desk, Noel, said he would work with the coupon although in small print it said "Hyundai vehicles only"...a phrase I had not seen. Although I was willing to pay full price he still honored the coupon and I paid about half what I would have paid at the Kia dealership for the same oil change and fluid/tire check. Everyone I spoke to there was nice, helpful, and friendly. There was coffee available, and free internet service. Before I could get a cup of coffee, sit it down and open the internet on my laptop, the car was ready to go! Friendly, nice, helpful AND FAST!!! Who could ask for more!??!! More
