One is a 2012 Sonata we bought Re-Cert. with 8300 miles on it and just were so impress with the quality of the car that when we need to replace our other vehicle we came back for a 2015 Santa Fe Sport. I love that they give you a status report on your vehicle showing you everything that was checked, so you have an idea of what will need servicing in the future. A+ Service I brought in my 2013 Elantra for a wheel bearing that had been assassinated by potholes, a Bluetooth issue (couldn't access settings via stereo) and r I brought in my 2013 Elantra for a wheel bearing that had been assassinated by potholes, a Bluetooth issue (couldn't access settings via stereo) and routine maintenance. They informed me that I could get the maintenance done that day but that they would have to order a new stereo since that was the fix for the Bluetooth problem. I got the scheduled maintenance done and went back when the parts came in. Wheel bearing covered by power train warranty. Stereo replace under extended warranty (I drive a lot). Free 2015 Sante Fe loaner was awesome. Great overall experience and I will definitely go back again for service or purchase of a new vehicle. More

the transmission repair that wasn't; missed radio problems I brought in my 2012 Elantra (with 98,732 miles on the odometer) on January 9th for two issues: an erratic shifting problem, and a poorly operating r I brought in my 2012 Elantra (with 98,732 miles on the odometer) on January 9th for two issues: an erratic shifting problem, and a poorly operating radio. They had it for THREE weeks (returned 2/3/15 with 99,014 miles) without being able to find the transmission problem, and not even noticing the horrendous AM & FM reception problem I still have. Of course that didn’t stop them from charging me a diagnostic fee. I made my dissatisfaction known, and brought the car in again on 3/17. This time, the transmission was swapped out for a remanufactured unit. I thought my problem was over, but the momentary power losses are still there, and this unit shifts more harshly and erratically. What's worse is the dealer's response when I informed them the original problem remained, and that I have new ones: they implied I didn't know what I was talking about! Here's a direct quote: “Our thought as of now is that you may feel the car is “abnormal”, when it’s actually repaired, causing a different driving experience than what you felt when there was a problem with the old transmission”. Frankly, that is insulting. I've driven this car for three years & 100,000 miles. I KNOW when it's shifting correctly and when it's not. Instead of going into “default mode” (ie, the customer is wrong), how about taking my complaints seriously? To be fair, the dealership is willing to look at the car again. Great, maybe the 3rd time will be the charm. More
IF YOUR NOT IN THEIR CREW, DON'T EXPECT MUCH. I HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR BEFORE MY CAR WAS BROUGHT IN FOR MY QUICK SERVICE OIL CHANGE. THERE WAS ONLY ONE CAR AHEAD OF ME, BUT IT WAS LUNCH TIME. SO I HA I HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR BEFORE MY CAR WAS BROUGHT IN FOR MY QUICK SERVICE OIL CHANGE. THERE WAS ONLY ONE CAR AHEAD OF ME, BUT IT WAS LUNCH TIME. SO I HAD TO WAIT TILL THEY WERE READY TO DO THE WORK. THEY WERE ALL SPEAKING SPANISH, SO I HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT WAS BEING SAID. I DIDN'T FEEL WELCOME AT ALL. THEY DID TRY TO SELL ME EVERY THING THAT THEY COULD THINK OF. THIS DEALER FIRED THE BEST SERVICE GUY THEY HAD. TOO BAD. I TALKED TO HIM AFTER HE WAS LET GO, HE SAID HE WAS PUSHED OUT BUY THE NEW PEOPLE. I HEAR THE FATHER STEPPED DOWN AND THE SON TOOK OVER, I DON'T KNOW. THEY HAVE THIER OWN GANG NOW. More
