He has taken the car to a dealer in Jacksonville, Florida to have oil changes and things done since he is away from the Hyundai Dealer we purchased the car from in Allentown, PA. Each time he takes it to the dealer in Florida, they wash and detail the car with great care and satisfaction. He recently came home to PA and the Elantra needed the yearly inspection performed. The inspection was fine, although took over 2 1/2 hours when originally told it would be 90 minutes. The shuttle service was great as well. However, the car was washed and detailed poorly. My son had spent the previous weekend washing and detailing the car himself and when he received the car back after inspections, the body and windows of the car were covered in water spots and looked as if it had not been washed and detailed at all. The reason he knew it was supposedly done to perfection is that it looked worse than when he brought the car in. More

When I finally got through the agent I spoke with seemed annoyed and could not provide me with any information because service techs were at lunch. I asked her to call me back after their lunch to let me know the status. Her reply was "I will call you when I know something," and sounded annoyed. I never received a call until some 5 hours later telling me the car was finished. More

quick and friendly service visit I scheduled a appoint at the Stewartsville dealership which is where I bought my vehicle I had my oil changed and filter replaced, it took about 30 m I scheduled a appoint at the Stewartsville dealership which is where I bought my vehicle I had my oil changed and filter replaced, it took about 30 minutes which is about the normal time for such service, when the car was finished the service rep let me know that it was time to have my transmission fluid flushed and replaced and gave me prices for having this service performed I didn't get the service done at the time but I scheduled to have it done in two weeks! It was very good experience the waiting room had a big screen TV and also coffee and bagels, I felt very comfortable there and would recommend this service dept to anyone else who is looking for a place to have their vehicle serviced! More

Mixed first experience This was my first experience with LV Hyndai service. Initially I was very dissapointed. I called to tell them the car I bought from them a month earli This was my first experience with LV Hyndai service. Initially I was very dissapointed. I called to tell them the car I bought from them a month earlier broke down and was getting towed to them. The girl over the phone told me the service dept was closed (which I knew) and she was just a cashier and couldn't help me. When I was dropping off the car the cashier at the service dept was sitting on her phone playing Candy Crush and barely looked up to acknowledge my existence. She told me there was nothing she could do for me with a slight attitude like I was an idiot for asking her anything. She said there was no paperwork to fill out and said she couldn't help me with a rental or anything else. I was ready to go somewhere else when I noticed there was a drop off box outside, which the cashier did not tell me about, so I reluctantly filled the papers out and dropped off my car. I did not receive any calls from them the next day. I called multiple times and was only able to leave a message. I was headed to the dealership ready to take the car elsewhere when I decided to call one last time. A really nice gentleman answered who didnt know anything about the car but offered to find out what he could. He first said they didnt get to it yet. Then he said they just pulled it in the shop. Then he said they were working on it but didnt know what was wrong yet. Later in the conversation he said the ECU needed to be upgraded. His story and details changed wildly throughout the approx. 3 minute conversation but I was just happy to talk to someone who sounded like they had the potential to feel the human emotion of "caring" and had some answers, even if only vague ones. The next day the service advisor called (I believe his name was Joe) and told me my car needed the coil pack replaced and it was all covered under warranty. He answered all my questions and was extremely nice. I picked the car up without incident. I will use Hyndai service again but I hope my experience is more consistintly positive. More
