Oil change coupon. I had an oil change coupon for $19.95 from Lehigh Valley Honda. When I had my car in for some work they told me that they would only honor this coupon I had an oil change coupon for $19.95 from Lehigh Valley Honda. I feel that a dealership that has different makes of cars would honor an oil change coupon for any type car you bring into their dealership. This seems like a very strange policy. An oil change is an oil change, no matter the make of the car. Maybe they should rethink this policy. More

POOR SERVICE ON SONATA RECALL. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 11 AM TO HAVE A RECALL TAKEN CARE FOR MY HYUNDAI SONATA. THEY TOLD ME TIME WISE THIS RECALL WOULD TAKE 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 11 AM TO HAVE A RECALL TAKEN CARE FOR MY HYUNDAI SONATA. THEY TOLD ME TIME WISE THIS RECALL WOULD TAKE 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR. WOULD YOU BELIEVE IT TOOK 3 HOURS. AFTER CHECKING OFF AND ON THEY SAID THEY WERE BACKED UP. IF I GOT AN APPOINTMENT FOR 11AM. HOW CAN THIS PROCRDURE TAKE 3 HOURS? WOULD YOU CALL THIS GOOD SERVICE? VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. On the other hand, my car was never washed and no one informed me of the waiting room amenities. But the part that made this experience far more disappointing is that I received a safety recall notice in the mail the next day. Shouldn't the service department have notified me of the recall? I live 30 miles away. It's certainly not a quick commute to return to have this safety issue repaired. I'm upset by this and cannot recommend this dealership for their service center at this time, but I'm hoping this dealership will attempt to make things right with me. If they make things right with me, I will submit an updated review. ---- 19Sep2014 update: Received an immediate response to my original review from the VP who apologized and took steps to address my disappointment. Two other representatives contacted me and also apologized (xxx and Lou - Sorry, I don't remember the name of the first person who called). To make things right, they sent a technician to my location to repair the safety recall issue. Cory (the technician) was very courteous, professional, and he was quick and clean with the repair. I'm really glad that I didn't have to drive out to LV for this! Although my car wasn't washed, I appreciate the personal care that was given to me and the swift response. As I result, I've updated my review and can now recommend this dealer's service dept once again. More

They did not do a clean job! I typically take my car to service there. I always have a great experience with my advisers. Particularly Joe is always very responsible, friendly, and polite. However, the quality of service was pretty low. They scratched my brand new dashboard when they wanted to change the radio. I am supposed to get a call back regarding changing the dashboard, but I am not sure even if they change it is become like how it use to be! More
