Only place I take my cars! I have been taking my cars, both Hyundai, to this dealership for 8 years now. He is not pushy on trying to sell other serrvices or parts, as is common with most service departments these days. Worst experience in 11 years I have been dealing with LV Hyundai for 11 years since I bought my first Suzuki from them and this was the worst experience I had. My car went in for I have been dealing with LV Hyundai for 11 years since I bought my first Suzuki from them and this was the worst experience I had. My car went in for a recall a month ago and I asked them to look at a problem with my ECO light. When I picked up the car, the service associate said it was fixed. I didn't even get off the lot and I knew he lied. He said to drive it for a little because the ECO light may take a bit to come on. So, three weeks later when I was having problems with my door locks, I asked for it to be looked at again. The door locks were fixed and they never looked at the ECO light because the girl who made my appt never told them it needed to be done. They had my car for a week! It ended up being fixed but the service associate was rude and condescending to myself and my father. I'm ready to trade my Elantra in but I doubt my new car will be from LV Hyundai. More

service I was dissatisfied with not being informed on what actually was going to be done on my car as far as the service. Had I known prior to my appt that th I was dissatisfied with not being informed on what actually was going to be done on my car as far as the service. Had I known prior to my appt that the cost would be as high as it was, I would have planned to have it service at another time. I was not informed at all and I was very displeased. However, the gentleman who handled it had great customer service, and advised me that someone would contact me. I think that moving forward any one that calls or receives a letter from your facility should be given a heads up on what the car may or may not have done. Just to prepare themselves financially. I have never in my entire life had to pay near $215.00 to have my car serviced but I was later informed after the service was provided that this was the cost. Like I stated earlier no one informed me prior to the appointment and I would've planned accordingly had I known. More
