And had an in experienced tech drive the car and said he felt the problem, but did not drive it under the conditions I explained ,to see how it did what it does while driving, ran hyundai up dated programs to no avail.called service as soon as I got home and told him I felt the steering problem as I was leaving the service center, car is a hybrid which I have owned several and this car has 24,000 miles on it and have owned it for two years and have never had this problem until now,steering while crusing and keeping the car straight in the lane of travel, as you try and keep it straight the steering jerks ,as you try and keep it in lane of travel, and makes the car swerve whenever you try and correct it,you can feel it and see the steering wheel jerk back and forth,not a safe condition,but this has been noted by the tech and vin art, so if an unsafe condition should arise causing an accident it will be on hyundai,overall I would never purchase anything but a hyundai or kia hybrid, if driven correctly you can achieve somewhere around 49 miles to a gallon on a highway trip,easy. More

I drove it to the dealership and they hooked me up with a shuttle and I was only 15 minutes late to work. Very friendly and easy to talk to when upset over a car that is falling apart. I cannot blame this dealership for my car, esp since I did not buy it here. I am disappointed in the quality of the Accent, but I am very pleased with the people at the Lehigh Street Hyundai dealership. More

Out standing service ! I called to ask some questions about service . Just had surgery on my foot could not walk . I was told they had time that day to do the work . I told Dave I could not get the car in that day , he said they would pick my car up and bring it back the next day . I could not believe what he said but with in the next two hours my car was in the shop . I knew I needed some work done , but I can not get over how much better it rides and sounds now. They did what they said it needed and I can feel the difference. Will tell everyone and I would bring my car back there. Thank You all great job !!!!! More

Fit me in without an appointment to replace headlamp I was near the dealership on Saturday when I noticed one of my low beams had blown out, so I stopped in to make an appointment. Good service experience I needed to take my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe, which I purchased used in the Poconos about seven years ago, to Lehigh Valley Hyundai for some repairs as t I needed to take my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe, which I purchased used in the Poconos about seven years ago, to Lehigh Valley Hyundai for some repairs as the result of a manufacturer recall. I was a bit apprehensive as this was my first time in many years going to a dealer. Service advisor David Bucey did an excellent job coordinating my service and getting me a loaner vehicle to use for a few days when the work on my car turned out to take longer than originally expected. In addition to repairs related to the recall, the service tech was able to identify and repair nagging problems with an oil leak and car alarm malfunction. I especially liked the fact that Dave understood and appreciated my desire to keep my old car going and get as many more miles out of it as possible. And it was so nice to pick up my repaired car to find it had been freshly washed as a courtesy. My overall experience with Lehigh Valley Hyundai was very good and I will be sure to visit them the next time I am shopping for a car. More
