NOT HAPPY I had a rear window washer arm replaced. I would have expected the part and the craftsmanship to be the same as when it was prior to have been broken. I had a rear window washer arm replaced. I would have expected the part and the craftsmanship to be the same as when it was prior to have been broken. INSTEAD, I got the are replaced however part of the cover or cap per say is missing. The price was not adjusted or it was not called to my attention that the whole are would not look the same because they did not have that piece on hand.
