Oil and filter change It was time to have our oil and filter changed in our car, and the dealership went above and beyond just changing the oil and filter. Our air filters It was time to have our oil and filter changed in our car, and the dealership went above and beyond just changing the oil and filter. Our air filters were shown to us explaining that it would be soon time for us to change them, and a free car wash for a birthday was very much appreciated! We didn't spend a whole lot of time waiting for our car to be finished, and free coffee and tea were available for us ! The workers were very kind and friendly to us threw our whole experience waiting. The cost was minimal, and that is always a plus during the holiday seasons. Thank you LehigValley Hyundai! Initially, I was treated rather poorly by the appointment desk while trying to set up an appointm I received great service after working with Michael. Initially, I was treated rather poorly by the appointment desk while trying to set up an appointment for service. I was told that a loaner car was unavailable, and that the service would take about 5 hours. I was told that I would have to wait for the car, and this proved to be a major inconvenience since I lived over 25 miles away and had to get to work. I was therefore forced to drop the car off, arrange a ride home and work, and had to return the next day to pick up the car. the service representative Michael was cordial and reassuring and apologized for the mixup when I returned to pick up the car. My problem was with the initial call for the service setup with the appointment personnel. I will only deal with Michael from now on. More
