Outstanding Customer Service When you purchase a new car from a dealership, you expect good service after the sale. But, you have very low expectations when you bring in an aging When you purchase a new car from a dealership, you expect good service after the sale. But, you have very low expectations when you bring in an aging vehicle purchased used from a competing dealership. That's just what I did. In 2010, I purchased a 3-door 2004 Hyundai Accent intending for it to be a temporary car until I figured out what I really wanted. However, I soon fell in love with the little car and here it is 2016 and I am still in love with my little Betsy (yes, I name my cars). And I have come to actually look forward to our annual visits to Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Every member of the staff is professional and courteous. Betsy is quickly becoming a senior citizen just like me. Lehigh Valley Hyundai takes very good care of me and Betsy; taking time to fully explain to me what is ailing her. She is running as well today as when I bought her. I'm sure we both have many years left in us. And we will continue to return to Lehigh Valley Hyundai for service. More

Oil change Regular oil change(synthetic). They tested the battery along with the usual inspection and found it needed replacement soon. I suspected it when I tri Regular oil change(synthetic). Very nice people. Never pressured to buy battery, just warned me about it. Bought it there anyway. Great dealership! More

Some concerns at Quicklub Have been taking my Sonata to the LV Hyundai service and quicklub since 2012 - service has been good. I have some concerns regarding my last two vis Have been taking my Sonata to the LV Hyundai service and quicklub since 2012 - service has been good. I have some concerns regarding my last two visits... Brought my car in mid January for the yearly inspection/emissions. Was told my brakes were a 3 / 8 (I should consider a brake job real soon) as was a coolant flush... I brought my car to the quicklub in mid March for an oil change and tire rotation (I had a coupon). Was told my car was in great shape... tires 8 / 8 and my brakes were 8 / 8. I stopped the technician and asked how can that be... my brakes were a 3 / 8 in January... he looked up the January report on my car and couldn't explain the numbers... maybe there was a mistake... he said. I asked if they rotated my tires. Technician said no because my tires were great 8 / 8. So just how can a 4 1/2 year old car w/ 59k miles have brakes that are 8 / 8 when they were previously 3 / 8? More
