Destroyed Belongings Took my vehicle to the dealership two wks ago for oil change and inspection sticker's. I've had bad experiences before but this was the icing on the cake. These workers broke my glasses and covered it up on the floor with trash, or to be more precise opened envelopes. After calling everyone and there grandmother, finally Kevin Wagner hot back to me last wk Friday and started his conversation by telling me that this has never happened before and implied outright that I broke my glasses and was trying to defraud his company. Never was I so shocked and pissed off at the same time. This idiot, woke me up and instead of starting off with an apology accused me if breaking my own glasses. Maybe he was PMSing because what I wanted to tell this fool only God knows. I took my glasses to them the day after it was discovered, was assured that this will be paid for, well guess what another wk passed and still nothing. Just received a call from the fool who definitely needs a course in professionalism, now he is offering to cover the price of my frame. I think that's a fair offer, my lens were not cracked and I'm a fair individual. But then he refuses to write a check for my frame unless I pay the out of pocket cost first.. smh. Remember he stated I'm trying to defraud them, his words.. mind you between 2008-2011 I have personally purchased five vehicles from this dealership. I guess I was not fraudulent then but when it comes to responsibility, customer loyalty means nothing. I'm trying to commit fraud. Mind you I have a job!!!!! After agreeing to purchase my frame and present the bill but not without a written letter from them stating that I will be fully reimbursed for the cost, of course. Guess what I am still waiting on that email, that Kevin Wagner stated will be sent immediately. Yes this dealership is full of "professionalism and professions". Guess what find another dealership or make sure these employees do not go into your glove compartment or any other compartment in your vehicle. Your wallet which by the way was also in the glove compartment, I spent like two minutes searching frantically before finding it under the passenger seat, wait did I do that also. Sarcasm. Yep this company is a piece of work. You would think.the higher ups would step I guess what a waste of time. This I am not letting go because not only is this principle. I need my glasses... Yes Kevin Wagner, I guess that email got lost in the mail.. And my glasses was used the night prior, because I USE THEM EVERY DAY. In addition, the idiot, manager expected me to give them a bill for frame alone, guess what when I purchased my glasses, EVERYTHING came on one bill you idiot. Again, worst service ever. RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIPS don't walk, you might end up with more than your glasses broken. He stated that they would reimburse me 220.50 for my frames. Again, the email, got lost in the mail, they had no issues emailing me before, somehow when asked for guaranteed payment in writing they cannot seem to get it together, what a joke this place and this manager Kevin Wagner. Additionally, would you believe this fool told me that I had to go and repurchase the exact same frame. What a joke. What I will do.is go get an estimate for a frame and the cost to replace my lens and present that to this unscrupulous dealership, because God forbid they refuse to pay for my work now I'm left with another bill. Guess what evey bad review on this site is not the customers fault, but your workshop, wake up and pay attention, if a customer has a complaint it's because of your services provided. Professionalism at it's best people, tit for tat with this guy. More
