Hello and thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your most recent experience. After coming in for service and leaving, you accused us of breaking your glasses several days after your visit. There is absolutely no way for you to prove that this is the case but in the interest of good faith, we tried to be fair and offer to split the cost of replacement glasses. You presented us with a bill for $800 which included your eye exam and other costs not associated with replacing or repairing the glasses that were broken. Unfortunately, that is not what we agreed to. We would beg to differ that we have not been responsive to your concern. We claim no responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged when left in a vehicle being serviced at our dealership. We were trying to be reasonable, but unfortunately that has not been acceptable. Regardless, we stand by our offer to pay for 50% of the cost for the replacement glasses. Thank you again for taking the time to write your review.
