We have experienced terrible customer service every time we have to bring the car in. We can’t get into contact with anyone and when we do we’re spoken to like we’re idiots. We bring the car in for one issu we have to bring the car in. We can’t get into contact with anyone and when we do we’re spoken to like we’re idiots. We bring the car in for one issue then a month later we’re back with another issue related to the original problem. It’s unfortunate because some times it’s $500 to $1,000 plus worth of work. These unexpected expenses are a kick in the gut every time and it’s as if they have no remorse or care about racking up charges or leaving you carless. We brought the car in on a Wednesday heard nothing all day Thursday as they were waiting for warranty approval which was understandable. Friday comes along we receive a call early morning the part was in stock and the car should’ve been done end of day Friday. End of the day Friday comes along no more updates or further contact, we receive a text Saturday morning that the car was being worked on and we’d be contacted when it was finished but again no further updates and every attempt to make contact before closing at 5 to see if we would be without a car all weekend was sent to voicemail. They’re closed Sunday so we were left without a vehicle for 5 days as if we don’t have prior engagements and work we have to get to. My boyfriend was considering trading in his car for a newer Hyundai but we refuse solely because of the awful service, and customer service we have dealt with over the last year. I say all this because it’s such a repetitive thing we have not had a single easy going process dealing with the workers at Hyundai. More
The service staff always takes excellent care of my Kona which I especially appreciate since I am a senior lady and I rely on them to keep me safely on the road.
