You genuinely did not make any attempt to contact us with further updates, because our phones were on us 24/7 waiting to hear from you whether it be a text or a phone call. All we ask is that there is an open line of communication or more than a single update from you then radio silence after we expected the car back on a certain day. I promise you those words “I do not have time to talk” never left my mouth or my boyfriends mouth. Honestly if we’re waiting to hear updates about our car and hear if we’ll be without a car longer than originally anticipated what makes you think we would ever say that??? Our car is a necessity to get to and from work so help me understand how we’d shut down and form of communication about our services? Thank you.
