Also, I’d like to mention service advisor Mike Paxson, who went out of his way to help me out when I picked up my vehicle, and Jake was off and Mike’ even made sure to send my key fob that I had left behind via FedEx overnight, which I received the following day. I sent my car in Wednesday the 14th with a door latch issue that is a commonly known issue with extended warranty. They didn’t have part in stock and needed until Monday. I was told then it would be read issue that is a commonly known issue with extended warranty. They didn’t have part in stock and needed until Monday. I was told then it would be ready end of day Monday. By 5 pm I had no update and the car wasn’t ready. Tuesday comes and goes and still the car wasn’t ready. Finally Wednesday the car was ready to be picked up and when I went in to grab it the windows were all smudged from the technicians hands and there were black finger prints on my door handle and upholstery that I can’t get out. Customer service and cleanliness needs to improve. It’s not my fault that this work is being done for free with a warranty and the attention to detail and work should be done in the same manner as someone who was paying. If I had a choice to take it anywhere else I would. Also Hyundai needs to recall the door latch so that people can get all 4 replaced since when one goes they eventually all will. Why do I have to make 4 appointments to fix the same thing? More
