This is an exception. I had my vehicle in for service and they found additional issues which I agreed to resolve. There was not good clarity if part of the service price I had my vehicle in for service and they found additional issues which I agreed to resolve. There was not good clarity if part of the service price was included but it was not. I went 4 days without communication about vehicle status and nothing was done until I called on day 6. I used the text and chat options but no response. Added service costs should be more clear if they are required. The service tech said an alignment was included but was not. I have been coming to this dealership for 15 years but seems to be a recent decline in service at both the Hyundai and Honda (my other vehicle) More

My recent visit on June 30th was not my best experience with Lehigh Valley Hyundai. I had a 745 appointment. I received no updates so I followed up just after noon. Found out they did not know my vehicle w with Lehigh Valley Hyundai. I had a 745 appointment. I received no updates so I followed up just after noon. Found out they did not know my vehicle was there and did not look far enough into the drop off key box. Luckily they rushed the vehicle in for service and completed it by 3 o clock. They noted the time I requested for a shuttle service twice by two different advisors and I still had to call at the time I requested to order the shuttle. The dealership advised a cabin air filter replacement based off service records. I replaced the filter myself 5k miles before this inspection. They wanted to charge $80 for a $10 filter and five minutes worth of labor to replace it. More
