Good overall experience, just have two comments on the new App for service. First I liked l the ability to pay online which helps streamline pickup time. Secondary however the close out process is missing the shuttle service connection. I had to call in several times to get the Lyft scheduled. Please add shuttle schedule to the close out pickup process More

Matt’s service was awesome but I waited 5 minutes for one of 6 advisors to help me and I was the only customer. Driving around the building and finding my car was unacceptable.
