All that being said...my latest Service Advisor Michael Paxos is excellent. A tremendous asset at the dealership. Calm, professional, extremely courteous, very knowledgeable. His demeanor is very trustworthy...I feel like everything is good & will be taken care of. He's a wonderful person to deal with in a stressful environment. Hope I get him every visit. Aces.

My car experienced a complete engine failure at 67,000 miles. After a week the repair was authorized to be covered under warranty. One month prior my car was in for service and the battery passed inspection as it did when the car was towed in. It took 6-7 weeks to complete the engine replacement. After sitting this long I was then contacted to inform me I needed a new battery at the cost of $400. I informed Taylor that the battery had died either due to the engine failure or from the car sitting for 6 weeks and I would not be paying for it. Taylor stated that the dealership nor hyundai would cover it. This began over a week experience of calling the dealership and Taylor repeatedly and not being able to get a hold of anyone to discuss. We escalated it to Hyundai corporate at this time. Finally after over a week I was contacted by Alex who was pleasant and made every attempt to assist me. Eventually Alex replaced the battery at no change to make things right. Upon picking my car up after almost 8 weeks my car was beyond filthy both inside and out. Almost to the point that I didn’t recognize it. While the car was eventually repaired it was a stressful 8 weeks for a car that should have never needed such an extensive repair at only 67,000 miles.
