My recent visit on June 30th was not my best experience with Lehigh Valley Hyundai. I had a 745 appointment. I received no updates so I followed up just after noon. Found out they did not know my vehicle w with Lehigh Valley Hyundai. I had a 745 appointment. I received no updates so I followed up just after noon. Found out they did not know my vehicle was there and did not look far enough into the drop off key box. Luckily they rushed the vehicle in for service and completed it by 3 o clock. They noted the time I requested for a shuttle service twice by two different advisors and I still had to call at the time I requested to order the shuttle. The dealership advised a cabin air filter replacement based off service records. I replaced the filter myself 5k miles before this inspection. They wanted to charge $80 for a $10 filter and five minutes worth of labor to replace it. More
