After my review on Dealer Rater I realized that I probably should not have done it. I want my dealer to know that they did a good job. But I don't need a service to do that. Going forward and for future service work I'd prefer to give a verbal comment on the service upon completion of the job. Too many surveys in text and email anymore. Not enough time.
