Came to my rescue when I got a message not to drive my car until it is serviced. Ciocca the dealer where I purchased my sonata, couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. Lehigh Valley Hyundai had me bring it in the car until it is serviced. Ciocca the dealer where I purchased my sonata, couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. Lehigh Valley Hyundai had me bring it in the next week. So now I will continue to get service at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. More

Charges diagnostic fee and doesn’t actually do a detailed diagnostic. Also deceptive in the content of their maintenance schedules. No confidence that they actually do the work I’m charged for. Recall service went well. The quote given to me for repairs was just completely and totally astronomical. (Thousands of dollars) Not sure where these prices come from? I was trying to maintain a relationship with Lehigh Valley Hyundai dealership since we live near by. However, it looks like I will need to find a repair shop that is fair in their pricing practices. Very disappointed! :( More
