I dropped my car off Friday morning. I was told the car would need body work late Friday morning. The dealer failed to update me before the end of day on Friday. I called the service dep I was told the car would need body work late Friday morning. The dealer failed to update me before the end of day on Friday. I called the service department no less than 10 times on Saturday to get an update and never even spoke to someone. At one point I was promised a call back and never received one. I have been getting service with Lehigh Valley Hyundai for over 7 years and this is by far the worst I have ever been treated. I will not be coming back. More
