I’m sorry to say that this was the first time I wasn’t 100 percent happy. I saw that my car was finished so after 25 minutes, I went to desk and the guy said he was just finishing up my paperwork. Others were coming and going and I was only there for oil change. Also, the sticker that goes on windshield wasn’t changed. I went back in, told the guy who helped me. He said he’d have someone change it. I’m standing by my car and he comes out and hands me the sticker. I’m sorry if it sounds petty and it only took a second for me to do, but I just feel that I shouldn’t have been the one to do that. Also, that should be so routine for the mechanic that did my oil change, I’m just hoping it was actually done. And again, not to sound petty, but the complimentary car wash!! Oh my gosh! My car looked awful. So spotty. I will remember next time to decline that. Again, I have always been 150 percent pleased, since 2019. I can’t say that this time. I’m sorry. Of course, I will be back. I think I will just wait for a different person at the desk. I think it was mostly because of him. More
