As a long time Scott Volvo customer, the service entering process is very quick with only 2-3 people in the intake bay. Maybe you could benchmark. Otherwise good visit. My service at Lehigh Valley Hyundai was very good this time. Dante was the best service provider I have had. They finally have a system where someone meets you at your car and takes good car of you throug time. Dante was the best service provider I have had. My last visit and prior to this, no one spoke to me or greeted me for at least 10 minutes. I was ready to go to a different Hyundai dealership. This past visit was different. Dante did a great job. Service personnel were great to work with. Super friendly. Only complaint is that it took an hour and a half for a basic tire rotation, and software update. As I was sitting in the waiting room I observed just how many vehicles are brought in to be serviced daily here. It's a lot. I think just about anybody would struggle to keep up with that many vehicles coming in and out. I'll keep coming back though because I love the products and services that Hyundai offers. More
