I was disappointed with the customer service. I stood by the counter for at least 10 minutes while staff walked right by me and 2 employees sat behind a desk ignoring me. Although I had an appointment for a factory recall issue, when I arrived I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. There is obviously a poor process in place for scheduling appointments. My time is important too. I will probably not return to this location for service. The waiting area was very nice with beverages & snacks available for your wait. Bathrooms were clean. I did get tired of watching the same weather report over & over. Another channel might be better to help pass the time. More

One of the worst service experiences ever. Terrible and incomplete communication- a free recall and then oh this also needs doing etc and no disclosure of cost until I picked it up (after thre Terrible and incomplete communication- a free recall and then oh this also needs doing etc and no disclosure of cost until I picked it up (after three unreturned calls to see if it was complete - with am finally a call back) and 6 service agents working - three taking amongst themselves ignored me completely- one agent helping another customer and then when a man walked in and stood next to me an agent offered to help him rather than me. When my bill was over $500 - and I expressed I had not been informed about this level of expense - the reply was huh - sorry, I wasn’t responsible for your account.
