Team did a good job in approving a long standing BDS error repair. It took a while, but they were able to obtain the part. Only thing that was a negative was getting a response from my particular servic error repair. It took a while, but they were able to obtain the part. Only thing that was a negative was getting a response from my particular service advisor. I also left a voicemail asking for an oil change and when I picked up my vehicle the service wasn’t done. That’s the only reason I didn’t rate 5-star. If the oil change had been done, it would’ve been a 5 despite the communication delays. More
