AS I spoke with Kevin Wagner on Oct 16th 2012 I expressed my concerns for this service. I ask for an inspection on my car and what I got was a bill for $148.32 to change a lightbulb by my license plate! I ar my concerns for this service. I arrived at 7:00a.m. for this scheduled appt. my car was taken back to the garage and I was approached at 8:26 a.m. to be exact and the man sat with me to tell me there were three things that were suggetsed but not needed for inspection... but there was one thing that was needed and that was a lightbulb above the license plate. Ok one of the three things he suggested was a belt I said a serpentine belt was changed on saturday (two days prior to this inspection) why would they not see that the belt was new when they were supposingly checking my car out?? Anyhow so he took me back to the garage to show me the lightbulb telling me that in order to get this to work they have to take the panel off my back hatch and check for a wire because the new bulbs are not working....when I asked how much will this cost he said $95.00 an hour!! Ok so I said ok because I needed it to be inspected! Then as I walked back to the showroom I decided to sit out front and to my SURPRISE my car is driving by and being placed in a line up of cars in the service department garage....I was watching my car literally move up as one car moved in front of it. I then saw my watch which was now 9:20 I walked into the garage and said to one of the four men sitting there at the desks "I am concerned because at 8:26 I was told it would cost me $95.00 an hour to fix my lightbulb does that start at the time of when I was told?" He said "oh no it goes by the time they start the work" ok so I am just watching my car proceed to the garage door it was not worked on at all during this time of going through the line of cars.....it then gets pulled out to the back behind the garage doors and I walk around the building to see and watch my car for 20 minutes sit there! Then I get a call at 9:45 to hear the man say "we just finished your car now" So I walked to the garage and pay $148.32 for my car but questioning in my mind of why my car had to go through this line and sit outside out back for 20 minutes before I get a call. No keys were in my car out back so I had to find sam (I guess thats who he was) and retrieve my key. So I then called the manager Kevin to report this. After explaining what happened... he could not understand why this happened and it didnt make sense.....I told him I agree! After our conversation of much detail from me....he said he would refund my $95.00 back. I am still awaiting the check. 10/22/12 I hope this does not happen to everyone who takes there car there with the understanding they are getting honest service and not being told it takes an hour and your car sits unattended for this period of time or longer. More

It's always a pleasure to deal with Sam when having the car serviced. He has a great way with the customer and communicates what will be done and needs to be done to the car so there are never any questio car serviced. I was pleased with the people. They were all very personable. My problem was that I had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. I was told 2 hours, but every time they said they found something else it seemed t personable. Several others came and went while I sat there. It shouldn't take that long. More
Tire pressure light wsa still on when I picked up the car, even though this was something I asked them to check. Did not notice it till out of the parking lot; had to turn around and go back in and ask car, even though this was something I asked them to check. Did not notice it till out of the parking lot; had to turn around and go back in and ask the service desk people about it. They said it would go off after reaching 15 mph. How was I supposed to know this? Would have been nice if that had been written on a note on top of my bill. They acted like I should have known that - I was not real happy about having to turn around and go back and ask. Light did go off on my way home, but I wasted time. More
