I drive an hour each way to get my service done with this dealership when another Honda dealership is only 15 minutes away from my home. They are kind, respectful, thorough and service oriented. Had issues with my tires after a rotation. Ended up that the Michelins were never able to be put back into a full balance again, contninued shimmy at 70+ after a few trips to LVH. Service took a few hours, but that matched the estimate given over the phone when I made the service appointment. I bought my car here, and I appreciated that they did not use a hard-sell technique. My salesman worked with me to get a lease price that fit into my budget with very little money down. The price is a little steep for me, but totally worth keeping the car in great condition and the environment keeps me coming back. More
