Let me preface my complaint by saying that Lehigh Valley Honda's performance is generally exceptional. The prices are as reasonable as they can be for service and repair, and the customer service goes above Honda's performance is generally exceptional. My last visit is an unfortunate blemish in what I previously perceived as good service. I am not a wealthy man by any means, and I live a fairly modest lifestyle. I don't buy things I can't afford... and let me be frank by saying I could not afford my recent service. I was given no warning of of the high price tag of Service D, and had no choice but to pay the more than $500.00 bill as the service had been performed. I don't often belly ache about the cost of car maintenance. I understand that quality service costs money, but a phone call warning of impending near financial ruin would be appreciated. To his credit, my service representative, Trevor Schappel did what he could to help me out. He knocked $75.00 off of my final bill and was sympathetic to my dilemma. This was a very disappointing visit, and unfortunately I will be looking for a new garage once my warranty expires. More

I had compared pricing for Goodyear Eagle GT tires. Honda had the best price. I purchase four tires and got free four wheel alignment. I am sure that my next car will also be a Honda Accord. Although, as trouble free as this Accord is, it may be awhile until I trade it in. More

We have bought at least 7 Honda accords from you. Our present accord 2012 has been in your service garage 6 times for the same problem. Every time we have the tires rotated or have our winter tires put present accord 2012 has been in your service garage 6 times for the same problem. Every time we have the tires rotated or have our winter tires put on we have had to bring the car back 3 times each instance because a light comes on and says there is a problem with the tires. We have been told this is due to some sort of sensors. With all our other accords we never once had this problem or any other problem. We live 50 miles round-trip to the dealership. This car has been back 6 times and now has to come back again next week for this same problem. I truly believe that we need to have some sort of of compensation. We live 5 miles from Piazza Honda in Limerick and am wondering if we need to go there for service? More
